Thank goodness! Today was more relaxing. There were only two major events today. It was a little chilly so the “cornflower” outfit was perfect.
Event one: the fruit tree harvest. All the oranges were ready and most of the other fruit trees too. The only ones that were not were the pears. i think they will be ready tomorrow. If they are, i will wait until the next orange harvest to pick them so that all the trees are ready at the same time.
Bridge number three was completed and i paid for the first ramp! This ramp leads to my house. But because i moved my house yesterday to be closer to the orchard, i had to move some of the trees today to make room for it. i like it! It looks more nicer ❤️
We have our first camper at the campsite. His name is Quillson Mallard. He has just the right amount of sophistication that this island needs. So, i talked him into moving here permanently and even set up a house for him. The construction will complete tomorrow and he can move in. YAY!
i was walking on the shore catching fish and collecting seashells and there was a passed out seagull. i had to shake him several times to get him to wake up. The poor thing was shipwrecked! His name is Gulliver Seagull and he tried to call to his ship to have them swing by the island to pick up but, this communicator was broken. So i helped find the missing pieces. He was so relieved! The great thing though is that the ship will not be here until early early tomorrow morning so he got to hang out on the island with all of us.
i tried to talk him into staying but he said that he perferred the ship life of a sailor. But we did become fast friends and he promised to visit as much as he can.
i sold my oranges on Tuski’s island this time. She asked me to water her flower because she is doing a science experiment to crossbreed them and see if they produce make colors. When i arrived, there were a few others on the island (Ven too!!) and we are all wearing green! Tsuki was so silly. She was wearing the frog outfit. KK and Cookie were there too. So was Tsuki’s friend….. i forget her name 😔
i was wearing my rain outfit because i heard in the forcast that it was going to rain on her island so i came prepared. i love that the magic wand helps me instantly change my clothes without having to go home to my wardrobe. So far i have “rainy day girl” for rainy days and “princess” for costume parties.
i made a new friend today. Her name is Feisty Fox. She just started out her island life and we talked about all the trial and error things that i have learned since i started. i had a clear sky for a little bit so we tried to see if there were any shooting stars. She really liked my magic wand. i did not have a large star fragment so i made her a bamboo one instead of the star one. She was supper excited!
i finished the day with my routine of creating a nice little stock of fishes for the shop in the morning. Yawn… so tired today.
