Another day on Isle A’Lakn’kee full of adventure and fun with friends.
Today’s outfit is coffee inspired so it is approprately named “coffee girl”.

i wonder… will we open a coffee shop in the island? And if we do, will we sell pumpkin spice lattes in the fall? i sure hope so…
And can you believe it! One of the three new friends was Pinky! i am way excited. She didn’t have much time to talk today because she was unpacking but she said tomorrow she can hang out. Her house was very cute though.

Buck was doing his normal daily morning exercises. He gave me workout shorts. i thanked him but inside i thought that i would never wear them.
Plucky was chasing butterflies for most of the day. i was able to catch a Madagascan Sunset Moth and she clapped in excitement. Of course, it went straight to the museum as a donation.
Mr. Nook had a DIY workshop on how you can customize the things being built. For example a wooden wardrobe. There were default things i can choose to customize like the stains. But there was a custom custom applicator where you can design an image and use that. Pretty spiffy but i think i will just use the stains for now.

Now that my house is bigger, i felt better about setting some stuff up and making it more personal and cozy. It is still a little chaotic but it is turning out ok with what i have.

After arranging my house, it was time to go to KK’s island to sell my first crop of oranges. She is a friend of Tsuki and i. We all have known each other for a long time. KK met me at the store so we can buy a new outfit. i did spend a little on new clothes – 🔔40,000 Bells … i can’t help it!!! There is so much cute stuff out there and i want it all!

When i got back home, we held a few ceremonies for the new buildings being built: Nook’s Cranny – the shop, the bridge, and the Museum. And just as we started the museum, it started to rain! i had to run home quickly to get my rain outfit and umbrella on. We still held the ceremony anyway and all the islanders and i had a blast!

With the money from the oranges earlier, all the bug hunting, and fishing, i paid off the loan to Mr. Nook. And can you believe it, of course, talked me into expanding my house again! He said i was a wonderful customer because i keep paying off the loans so quickly… i think it just because i am a hard worker. This time the expansion will add a whole new room! But this time the loan is for 🔔348,000 Bells! It may take me a couple of days this time but it is worth it because it is for a whole new room!
The rain eventually stopped but i kept collecting bug and fish. Even after the shop closed i kept going and put my stock by their door so i can sell everything first thing in the morning. i got me a nice “little” supply to start with Hopefully this puts a dent in my new loan tomorrow. ^.~
